I’m leaving this review because of a pricing issue that happened twice.
The menu lists orange juice under Drinks for $2.99. This is the second time I ordered orange juice and was charged $5.99 instead. When I asked about it at the counter, I was told it was “fresh juice” and costs more. I clearly stated that I did not ask for fresh juice, I ordered the orange juice listed on the menu.
If the price is $5.99, then the menu should say that. Charging a higher price than what’s listed without asking or informing the customer first is not acceptable. On top of that, the staff’s attitude when I questioned the charge was unprofessional and dismissive.
This feels misleading, and customers should be aware before ordering.
