Located at 1779 Government Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802, Masjid Al Islahi is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, founded in April 2021. Its mission is to provide the Muslim community of Baton Rouge with a safe, clean, and welcoming place to worship Allah SWT, connect with one another, and engage in meaningful educational and charitable activities.
A Center for Worship and Learning
Masjid Al Islahi hosts the five daily prayers, Jumuah prayer, Eid prayers, and Ramadan Tarawih prayers. Beyond worship, the masjid is a hub for learning: children and adults are taught Quran recitation, Fiqh, Hadith, Islamic spirituality, and Arabic language, fostering a deeper understanding of Islam. The masjid also accommodates reverts to Islam, providing a judgment-free environment to learn and practice their faith.

The masjid runs a Halal Community Pantry that serves both Muslims and non-Muslims in need.
