Early Career in Yemen

Jameel began his career in the travel industry in 2009, joining the reputable company “Al-Alamiya for Travel” (The Global Travel Company). His dedication and professional work ethic quickly earned him the trust of the company’s senior management. Within a short time, he was appointed branch manager for their Ibb location—a role he held successfully for four years.

In 2013, Jameel resigned from his post to pursue his own vision. He established his own travel brand in Yemen under the name:

The Move to the United States

In the summer of 2016, Jameel made a bold decision—he emigrated to the United States, looking to expand his horizons. Within just a few months, by January 2017, he had already launched a branch of his original travel business in the U.S., adapting his services to meet the needs of Yemeni expatriates.

His company was officially certified by Yemenia Airways as an authorized travel agent in New York State, providing comprehensive travel services to the Yemeni diaspora—especially those in areas known informally as “Little Yemen.”

Today, Jameel Jamal Al-Qasim runs a thriving multi-business operation in New York, becoming a key figure in the Yemeni-American community.
